  • Is it safe to order from Gifts On Sale?
    Yes, all transactions done through Gifts On Sale are 100% safe. We protect you from checkout to delivery and use the latest anti-fraud technology to help spot problems before they happen. We never reveal your financial info to sellers.
  • Do you ship to other countries?
    Yes, we do ship worldwide. For regular international shipping, delivery time is from 10 to 20 business days according to different destinations. For international Express mail (includes insurance), delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Canada 2 to 3 business days). NOTE: Due to customs and duties, we are unable to return or exchange items outside of US and Canada. In addition, we are not responsible for any custom duty, and money that may be lost during the conversion rate process.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept every major credit and debit card including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Alaso you can check out via Paypal (Note: once you choose Paypal, you don't need to have a Paypal account, just simply enter your credit card information).
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Please check on shipping info on each individual product page. Most order takes 3 to 4 business day to process order and ship out, within The U.S. Regular shipping takes 3-5 days, Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 days, and Next day shipping. International shipping takes 10-14 days, International Express takes 4 to 6 business days. Note: Holiday season, we need extra days to prcoess your orders.
  • Do you accept returns or refunds?
    Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed, each item has its own return policy in the description. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation. To expedite exchanging for different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us . Please retain all packing materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Gifts On Sale will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. *For return or exchange request, please write down your order number and return or exchange request and ship back with items. Online Returns do not apply to the following items: • International returns. • Non-USD currencies. • Exchanges, repairs, or resizing. • Items that became damaged or defective after delivery. • Personalized/Engraved items. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited. Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Gifts On Sale has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. If you made a purchase of $1000 or greater using a bank wire, and are an International customer, your refund will take approximately 3 weeks from the date of the return's receipt. For bank wire purchases under $1000, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account they originated from.
  • Do you accept last minute order?
    Yes, we do and we will try our best to make it in time. Please mention the date you need on the note to seller during check out session.
